Jimmy Buffett as Author, Producer, and Traveler
Referred to by many as the modern-day equivalent of Mark Twain, Jimmy
Buffett is
a prolific author, traveler, business man, storyteller, and
philanthropist. His written works have gained him status as
one of a select few American authors to have national bestsellers
on both the fiction and non-fiction lists. In film, he
served as an associate producer of Walden Media's 2006 release of Hoot.
His collaboration with award-winning author Herman Wouk to produce
the Broadway version of Don't Stop The Carnival was
testament to his unending supply of enthusiasm and talent.
Jimmy Buffett is a mentor, a leader, and to many... a
prophet. He has inspired two generations of faithful
adherents to his philosophies on life and living.
