Captain Harry (officially Harry Henry Hann) is a singer-guitarist-songwriter from South Florida who has recorded and toured with hundreds of artists all over the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. His music is a rich blend of rock, soul, jazz, and reggae, and is the major exporter of the musical style he dubs "Floribbean".

Captain Harry's career began in the late Sixties while collaborating with the legendary rhythm and blues showman Wayne Cochran and his C.C. Riders. Harry's soulful roots sprouted during the Seventies while working in the studio and performing with such great artists as Ben E. King, The Drifters, Jackie Wilson, The Temptations and many others. You can listen to more of Captain Harry's music at Apple I-Tunes, Amazon, CD Baby, and Emusic by clicking on the appropriate logo to the left of the screen.

Captain Harry isn't for the pursuer of serious ethnic-rooted Caribbean styles: it's a whimsical, Buffet-like fancy which goes beyond strict Caribbean definition: Goin' Native has it listed on their site as 'Florabbean', but even this limits Captain Harry's scope. - Caribbean CD Reviews, WorldDiscoveries.net

His debut album, “Sailin’ Along” features original music flavored with blends of the distinct sounds of Ska, Reggae, Soca and Calypso. In the style of Jimmy Buffet, his music will sweep you away to a romantic rendezvous or a wild Key West street party!
