Dubbed "The Caribbean Country Blues
Master", C.W. Colt has earned a reputation as one of Island
Country's most beloved. An accomplished, lifelong musician,
Colt's performance career began before he started junior high,
becoming proficient on the guitar, banjo and fiddle. According to
legend, "Sir" C.W. Colt (as he's lovingly referred to in
Key West) was taught his first guitar chords by the legendary
guitarist Chet Atkins.
As one of the very first members of the Island
Country Genre artists guild, Colt has worked with the likes of
Marty Robbins, Jimmy Buffett, Rita Coolidge and other notable
greats.
